Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year!

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year at Oxford Preparatory Academy. My name is Adam Wright and I will be the new Chancellor at OPA-Saddleback Valley. OPA has a tradition of excellence and I look forward to continuing that tradition. I look forward to meeting and working with all of our families and students.

This will be my first year at Oxford Preparatory Academy. I have been in education for more than 20 years and have served as a High School teacher, swim/water polo coach, High School Assistant Principal and most recently as a Middle School Principal. I earned my Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University- San Luis Obispo. I completed my Masters Degree and Teaching Credential from National University and my Administrative Credential from California State University- Dominguez Hills.

I am honored to be working with the amazing teachers and staff to continue the mission of guiding our students to become dynamic critical thinkers. At OPA-SV we understand that all students CAN and WILL learn by using the eight domains of multiple intelligences to facilitate learning, comprehension, and retention. Our goal is to have our students leave OPA prepared for High School, College and beyond. I can’t wait to learn about everything that makes OPA so special.

Thank you for trusting us with your students' learning, it is something we take great pride in. If you have any questions please contact the office, we are here to support you. I know this will be an amazing year!!!

Message to Our OPA Community

Yesterday, an unspeakable tragedy occurred at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. As a school community, I know it is extremely hard to process violence on this scale and the senseless loss of so many lives. Our heartfelt sympathies are with the victims and their families, as well as the community of Robb Elementary School.
